Condition of Items:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: working and in its original antistatic bag. Please print and include your receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Pack the Product:
- If possible, pack the item securely in the original sealed antistatic bag.

3. Ship the Product:
- You will receive instructions on where to send your return. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or shipping error on our part.

4. Receive a Refund:
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
- Depending on your card or payment method issuer's policies, you will receive the credit within 14 days maximum.

Exchanges:

Withdrawals before shipping:
