Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting GOODDATA LABS SL. We appreciate your interest in our products and understand the importance of delivering your purchased products safely and quickly. Below is our Shipping Policy detailing our practices and your options regarding product shipping.

1. SHIPPING LOCATION:
We're based in Spain and offer international shipping to locations where shipping methods are available. If a country isn't listed, it's likely due to high recycling costs for packaging and electronics, preventing us from delivering there. We aim to balance global reach with sustainability and legal compliance. 

2. SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping costs will vary depending on the destination and weight of the package. The total cost of shipping will be calculated and presented to you at the time of purchase.

3. ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH:

When placing an order in our store, customers are informed of the estimated dispatch date at the time of purchase.

This date is calculated automatically using the ETA tool in Shopify, which determines the next available dispatch date based on our current processing schedule.

The ETA system takes into account order processing time, working days, and dispatch availability to provide customers with an accurate expected dispatch date before the order is completed.

By displaying the dispatch date during checkout, we ensure transparency and allow customers to know in advance when their order is expected to leave our warehouse.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES:
Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes applied to their order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. GOODDATA LABS SL is not responsible for any additional charges that may apply after a purchase is completed on our site. All our shipments are DAP (Delivered at Place), meaning that we are responsible for delivering the goods to a specified location in the destination country, but the buyer is responsible for import duties and taxes.

Shipments to the U.S. and Puerto Rico customs regulations now apply to all parcels, regardless of value. These changes follow new import tariffs (August 7, 2025) and the removal of the de minimis exemption through Executive Order 14324 (August 29, 2025).

All shipments are now subject to U.S. duties and customs clearance. We must provide full electronic customs data and prepay U.S. import duties in Spain through Correos. Duties are calculated ad valorem: for EU-origin goods, the current tariff rate is 15 %, plus an additional customs management fee of about 1.50 € per 50 € of declared value. These costs are included at checkout, calculated in 50 € brackets.

5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
For international shipments, customs processing may cause delivery delays. We cannot control these delays or predict how long customs may hold a package.

6. DELIVERY TIMES:

If a delivery date is shown at checkout, it is an estimate, not a guarantee. Actual transit times can vary due to carrier capacity, customs, weather, or other external factors.

Correos Standard:

  • Spain: 2 to 3
  • UK, France, Germany: typically 5; can be 3 (rare) to 10 (rare)
  • Other European countries: typically 7; can be 4 (rare) to 15 (rare)
  • US and Canada: typically 10; can be 5 (rare) to 15
  • Rest of the world: varies by destination; it should not exceed 20 business days under normal conditions

Any shipment not delivered after 30 calendar days is considered lost.

7. UNCLAIMED PACKAGES:
If a package is unclaimed by the customer and returned to GOODDATA LABS SL, we will refund the cost of the products. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS:
If your products arrive damaged or your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support[AT]gooddatalabs.com . We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

9. CHANGES TO SHIPPING POLICY:
GOODDATA LABS SL reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any times. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.

10. HOLIDAY SHIPPING HALT:
During holiday periods all shipping operations will be halted. Orders will still be accepted if stock is available, but they will be shipped after the break. You can learn more here.
